Bouldering is rope-free climbing on walls up to 4.5 m, with thick padded mats below. No harness, no belay partner, no experience needed.
Bouldering is a form of rock climbing done on short walls without ropes. Each route — called a 'problem' — is a short, intense puzzle you solve at your own pace.
No. Climbing is more about technique and problem-solving than raw strength, and our easiest problems suit complete beginners. The Starter Pack includes an Intro session that covers movement, safe falling, and how to read a route.

Wear stretchy gym clothes — leggings, joggers, or shorts. Climbing shoes and chalk are included on your first visit (AED 20 to rent after). Bring a water bottle. Skip rings and jewellery — they catch on holds. Trim your nails short, too — long nails snag and can tear on the holds.
Yes — most first-timers do. Your Intro session is led by a coach, and the gym is a friendly place where people chat and share tips between climbs.
Beginner-friendly. Every strong climber here started on the same wall, and most will cheer you on or share tips between tries.
