Yes — our 3-month and 12-month memberships can be paused. You can't check in while paused.
No to both. Passes and memberships are tied to you and non-refundable. There's no initiation or cancellation fee either.

We run buddy offers a few times a year. Watch our Instagram or check posters in the gym.
Ages 7–11 can climb during regular hours when supervised by a qualified adult, or join our Juniors program. Ages 12+ can climb on their own and book the Starter Pack and Intro session.
Yes — Day Pass entry is available any time we're open, no booking required. Climbing shoes and chalk can be rented for AED 20.
